10-Year Limited Warranty
ForestFork warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from manufacturing defects under normal household use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our craftsmanship.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
(including dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or exposure to extreme heat) - Cosmetic changes such as natural color variation or wood grain changes
- Commercial, restaurant, or industrial use
- Products purchased used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, or “as-is”
- Products not purchased from ForestFork or authorized sellers
Eligibility & Registration
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- In the case of a gift, the original recipient is covered
- Proof of purchase is required
- The warranty is non-transferable

Warranty Claims Procedure
If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period, please contact us promptly.
To submit a claim, we will require:
- Proof of purchase or valid order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
If the claim is deemed valid, ForestFork, at its sole discretion, may:
- Replace the product one (1) time only, or
- Provide a replacement part if the product is deemed repairable, or
- Offer store credit toward an upgrade of equal or greater value, or
- Recommend a comparable replacement if the original product is unavailable
If the product requires return for inspection or repair, instructions will be provided.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are covered for the first 30 days from the date of purchase
- After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty replacements, parts, or repairs
- We will provide an electronic invoice and assist you through the process
Household Use Only
This warranty is valid only for personal, household use.
Products used in commercial kitchens, restaurants, catering services, or food businesses are not covered under this warranty.
Retail Store Purchases
ForestFork products purchased from physical retail locations must be returned directly to the store of purchase according to their return policy.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the retailer, you may contact us for guidance.
Please include:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the product
- A brief explanation of your interaction with the retailer
While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will do our best to assist where possible.
