These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from ForestFork (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website at forestfork.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to use our Site or make a purchase. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we reject your order after payment, we will refund the paid amount.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Colors shown on screen may vary between devices. Product availability on the Site is subject to change; we will notify you if an item is backordered or out of stock.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, shipping rates, and taxes may change without notice. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. If a charge is disputed and found valid, you remain responsible for that charge.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment. Delivery carriers, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays can affect shipping times. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. 6. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Returns (14-day window)

Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Defective items & warranty

Manufacturing defects are handled under our 10-Year Limited Warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may result in repair, one-time replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty service are covered for the first 30 days from the date of purchase; beyond 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover normal wear & tear, misuse, commercial use, or products purchased used, refurbished, or from unauthorized sellers. See our Warranty & Returns Policy page for full details.

7. Warranty Registration

To activate certain warranty benefits you may be asked to register your product at forestfork.com/warranty. Registration helps speed warranty claims and gives us the information needed to verify your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, code) is the property of ForestFork or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for illegal purposes; (b) interfere with Site operations; (c) attempt to access other users’ accounts or data; or (d) post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Links are provided for convenience only.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORESTFORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FORESTFORK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ForestFork, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms (together with any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and ForestFork regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
