Thank you for choosing ForestFork. We ship thoughtfully and securely — here’s everything you need to know about how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing & Handling Times
- Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment clears.
- Peak seasons and holidays: During peak periods (holiday season, promotional sales) processing may take 2–5 business days. We’ll notify you if shipments are delayed.
- Order modifications / cancellations: Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@fforestfork.com. After that window we may already have started processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times (U.S.)
All transit times below are estimates after the order ships and are shown in business days (Mon–Fri), not including processing time.
Standard (Economy)
- Estimated transit: 2–5 business days (urban / continental U.S.)
- Regional / rural deliveries: 5–10 business days
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (before taxes & discounts).
Expedited (2-Day / Next-Day options)

Available at checkout for an additional fee. Transit depends on carrier availability and destination. Selecting expedited shipping reduces transit time but does not shorten processing time.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories

Transit times vary and may be longer than listed above; additional shipping charges may apply.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS (standard services) but expedited carriers (FedEx, UPS) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. APO/FPO shipments follow USPS military shipping rules and may take longer.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to select countries. International transit times and costs vary by carrier, service level, and destination customs processing.
- Duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified at checkout. ForestFork is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
- If you need a commercial invoice, VAT documentation, or special export packaging for a bulk order, email support@fforestfork.com before placing the order.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination.
- Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying U.S. orders over $99.
- Promotional free-shipping thresholds may vary during sales — see the promotion terms at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link.
- Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; please allow 12–24 hours for tracking status to appear after the shipping confirmation.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact support@fforestfork.com within 14 days with photos of the damage, the outer box, and the packing slip. We will guide you through the claims process.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, first check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Shipments
- For standard returns (unused items), follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy. If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label when the return is due to a ForestFork error or a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty replacements: Shipping for warranty replacements and repairs is covered by ForestFork for the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Signature & Insurance

For higher-value shipments, we may require a signature at delivery. If you prefer added protection, you may purchase shipping insurance at checkout where available. We are not responsible for lost packages that are delivered and confirmed by the carrier without a claimable issue, except where the carrier confirms loss.
Backorders & Preorders

If a product is out of stock, the product page will indicate availability. Backorders and preorders will display estimated ship dates. We will notify you if the ship date changes and give you the option to cancel for a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact support@fforestfork.com as soon as possible. We can often update addresses within the 2-hour processing window; after that the order may be shipped and address changes may not be possible.
Business & Bulk Orders

For wholesale, bulk, or custom-branded orders, shipping costs and lead times are quoted per order. Contact support@fforestfork.com with the order details (quantity, destination, packaging preferences) for a tailored shipping quote.

- Carriers and transit times are estimates only; ForestFork is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
